Very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and helpful
The reception, food, room, surroundings (walk in the forrest) and the staff
The spa in the basement wad fantastic. The golf facilities at the hotel were good. The greens at the neighboring Sandy Lyle course were way too slow but, apart from that, it was a fantastic course.
